Cancellation and Exchange

User(s) warrant to abide by any Travel Service Provider's Terms Or Conditions of Purchase, whether that Travel Service Provider(TSP) is chosen by the user(s) or by us, including, but not limited to, timely transactions and adherence to the Travel Service Provider's rules and restrictions regarding availability and use of fares, hotel bookings, products, and/or services. All airline tickets and hotel reservations are non-refundable, although, in some circumstances when the airline/travel service or hotel provider permits cancellations, a credit may be applied to future ticket purchases or hotel booking by the same passenger on the same airline or at the same hotel. In cancellation-related instances, TSP may apply a penalty and a fare differential (if any). It should be noted that no cancellation is guaranteed. The user(s) will be responsible for the fare difference (if any), as well as any applicable TSP fines and myticketprice.com's exchange fee. All costs, fees, duties, taxes, and assessments arising from the use of this Site are exclusively the responsibility of the user(s).
